Planning Appeals
England & Lyle have a broad range of expertise and capabilities to manage and assist in the preparation and submission of planning appeals for a wide variety of clients from small scale domestic projects to much larger schemes that are dealt with by Public Inquiry.
We provide specialist planning consultancy services to assist with planning appeals in the following areas:

- Collation and submission of the appeal application
- Submission of Written Representation Appeals

- Attendance at Informal and Formal Hearings and Inquiries.
As a practice we have also acted on behalf of Local Planning Authorities with Public Inquiries, Hearings and Written Representation Appeals on a variety of proposals. In addition to this, members of our team have acted as Expert Witnesses at Planning Inquiries, Public Examinations & CPO Inquiries.
