Community Consultation
England & Lyle have undertaken numerous consultation exercises from simple leaflet drops for small scale schemes to much larger events seeking the views of the local community on new schools, residential schemes and policy matters.
This website hosts a facility to allow interested parties to access details about any given scheme and provide feedback which can be fed into the design development in accordance with Statement of Community Involvement.
Our aim through community consultation is to empower local communities to be involved in the early stages of the development of a scheme while ensuring the best outcome for our clients. This approach often makes the passage of a planning application smoother, as any issues can be picked up in advance of the submission of the planning application and addressed to the satisfaction of all parties.
