Wentworth Woodhouse (Heritage)
Wentworth Woodhouse is a Grade I Listed Mansion House. One of the largest in the UK that is still in private ownership. The House and its associated structures and follies are set within a designed landscape on the edge of the Rotherham urban Area.
England & Lyle Ltd have been acting for the owners to ensure that the historical importance of the House and its surrounding parkland is fully recognised and protected within the emerging Local Development Framework and that proposed development allocations do not adversely impinge upon the setting of the house and its designed historic landscape.
