England & Lyle provided planning support in relation to 6 school projects across Sunderland as part of the Building Schools for the Future scheme.
As a practice we provided support to the contractor Balfour Beatty Construction Northern on issues such as heritage impact, loss of playing fields, discharge of conditions and variations of planning approvals.
England & Lyle continue to work on the latter stages of the project which has a total value of £120 million.
