Planning consent was granted for 2 large buildings for two schemes. The first scheme involving office, leisure and residential development was granted by the Council.
The second scheme which was predominantly student accommodation in addition to retail, leisure and office space was granted following a successful appeal to the Secretary of State.
Both schemes involved CABE and overcame numerous planning constraints to achieve the approvals.
