Brotherhood Retail Park (Retail)

England & Lyle have assisted Aberdeen Property Investors in obtaining planning permission for major improvements to the existing Brotherhood Retail Park in Peterborough. Planning permission was granted in October 2010 for expansion and regeneration of the retail park. England & Lyle prepared a PPS4 Retail Assessment in support of additional mezzanine floorspace in the retail units.
Subsequently planning consent was granted for extensions and alterations to one large unit to meet the requirements of Marks & Spencer, and for variation of conditions on another unit to allow it to be used for open A1 retail uses. Both of these more recent applications were supported by further Retail Statements.
