England & Lyle have provided planning advice to a private client in respect of this greenfield site in Crook. Following an initial refusal, planning consent has recently been granted for the erection two detached dwellings on the site which is has historically been used a informal open space.
Our role involved the preparation of supporting information to justify the proposals, the submission of the planning application and subsequent negotiations with the planners and other consultees.
