Land to the North of Hunley Manor, Brotton
Taylor Wimpey (North Yorkshire) Ltd are considering submitting a planning application for full planning consent on land North of Hunley Manor, Brotton for residential development.
This Community Consultation exercise is seeking to establish the views of the local community to the proposals to inform the submission of a planning application to Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council.
A Public Consultation Event was held at St Peter’s C of E Primary School, Marshall Drive, Brotton, TS12 2UW on Wednesday 7th December 2011. Representatives of England & Lyle and Taylor Wimpey were in attendance to discuss the proposals.
