Taylor Wimpey (North Yorkshire) Ltd are considering submitting a planning application for full planning consent on land at Church Lane, Skelton for residential development.
This Community Consultation exercise is seeking to establish the views of the local community to the proposals to inform the submission of a planning application to Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council.
A Public Consultation Event was held at Skelton Civic Hall on the 10th December 2011. Representatives of England & Lyle and Taylor Wimpey were in attendance to discuss the proposals.
